المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب (بطلب خاص من العميل)✅
غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي واضح أو خطأ في المواصفات المتفق عليها
المنتجات الجاهزة✅
يمكن استبدالها أو إرجاعها خلال ٣ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة
تحمّل تكاليف الشحن✅
يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جهتنا
الإبلاغ عن المشكلة
يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٢٤ ساعة من استلام المنتج في حال وجود مشكلة، مع إرسال صور توضّح الحالة

Due to the nature of custom-made items, please note the following:
✅ Custom-made products (created specifically for the customer)
are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error in the agreed specifications.
✅ Ready-made products
can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition.
✅ Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges, unless the error was on our part.
✅ Reporting a problem
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there is an issue, and include photos that clearly show the problem.
